Our weekend actually started on Thursday this week. We had Sophia's birthday party this past Thursday and it was so much fun! We had it at Jumping Jelly Beans this year so there would be less stress on us trying to get things together and she just happens to love jumping. We had a good turnout I think twelve of the fifteen kids that I invited were able to come. The kids got to jump for about an hour and then they took us into the party room and the kids had juice, pizza, ice cream and cake. They also had an inflatable throne for the birthday girl to sit on to open her presents. Sophia was a little scared by it. I think because the machine blowing it up was so loud. It worked out though and she just had her daddy sit on it with her. :) Here are a few pics from the party. I can't believe my baby girl with be three on the eighteenth! Crazy how the time passes by so quickly.
This is jumping Jelly Beans. Phil took this from the top of the slide. It was really high and a lot of fun to slide down!
Sophia going down the really tall slide!
This is my friend Carly's little boy Andrew. We had just gone down the slide...I have a really funny one of him going down. I'll try to find it and post it later. :)
My funny girl!
The Birthday Cake! This is what she asked for and she loved it. :)
Opening presents with Daddy.
Saturday was the annual Senoia Christmas Parade. It was freezing cold but we couldn't miss it because we go every year and it is about the only time we can get a family picture. :) We had a lot of fun! We met my friend Michelle and her two boys up there and they rode the ponies and watched the parade with us. Sophia liked getting to see Santa but it was soooo cold and the line was really long to see him that we just decided we would find one somewhere else. I'm not sure if she would really sit with him anyway but I thought we would give it a try.
Sophia riding Razzle. She later saw him in the parade and yelled "Razzle!!"
Giving the Chic fil A cow a little hug...I didn't realize how big the costume is!
Having a little rest before the parade starts.
Jingle Bells...Jingle Bells....
